What is Spanda Yoga
Spanda Yoga is an ‘experience that starts from the body to reach the sensory, sensory-perceptual beyond the ordinary mechanicalness of movement that arises instead from the control of the mental. With the body we discover the temple of the senses from which yoga practicearises naturally. Returning to the innocence of body and mind beyond thinking, then physical and inner limits discover openness, lightness, freedom and restore the strength and flexible softness of a body and individual in the presence of its own nature therefore its own resources. Spanda Yoga consists of the nondualistic view of Kashmiri Tantric Shivaism.
