Theory and practice of Surfing carried out safely for beginners and for and those who already know how to go but want to improve or resume.

Equipment included: board, leash, protective lycra, paddle.

SURF or SUP group lesson, you will attend the lesson with a maximum total of 6 students for one instructor for surfing and 3 students for sup.

Please note:

During the winter season, from September 15 to May 15, if you need it, you can request by reservation for each lesson a wetsuit at an additional cost of €5.00.
