You will be able to choose from:
  • Theory and practice of Surfing carried out safely (equipment included: board, leash, protective lycra), you will attend the class with a maximum total of 6 students for one instructor. Teoria e pratica del Surf svolte in sicurezza (attrezzatura inclusa: tavola, leash, lycra protettiva), parteciperete alla lezione con un totale massimo di 6 studenti per un istruttore.
  • Theory and practice of Sup carried out safely (equipment included: board, leash, protective lycra, paddle), you will attend the class with a maximum total of 3 students for one instructor.
  • Yoga classes of the following styles in-person and online: Spanda Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Raja Yoga, Yoga Nidra.

The number of lessons varies according to the activity chosen, for example, it will be possible to take 5 surf lessons or 4 sup lessons or try multiple activities for example 4 surf lessons and 3 yoga lessons, or even 2 sup lessons 2 surf lessons and 3 yoga lessons… The lucky person will be able to talk directly with us and decide on the most suitable course of action.

Please note:
During the winter season, from September 15 to May 15, if you need it, you can request by reservation for each lesson a wetsuit at an additional cost of โ‚ฌ5.00.
